Axes de recherche

I. La caractérisation des processus psychologiques, tels la dysrégulation émotionnelle, impliqués dans les problématiques de l’humeur et/ou de l’émotion

La première thématique concerne la caractérisation des mécanismes impliqués dans la dysrégulation émotionnelle, à partir d’une approche psychopathologique cognitive. Il s’agit de caractériser ce processus, via des échelles subjectives de mesure, des tâches cognitives et des mesures physiologiques.

 

II. Les TCC des perturbations de l’humeur et/ou de l’émotion dans les troubles psychiatriques (trouble de la personnalité borderline, trouble bipolaire, trouble dysphorique prémenstruel et trouble de stress post-traumatique) et neurodéveloppementaux (autisme et TDAH)

La seconde thématique concerne la conceptualisation et l’évaluation d’approches psychothérapiques innovantes ciblant la dysrégulation émotionnelle, les perturbations de l’humeur et l’auto-stigmatisation. Je m’intéresse particulièrement aux approches processuelles (centrées sur la formulation du cas), à la thérapie comportementale dialectique et à la thérapie fondée sur la compassion.
