Welcome
The LPC Lab is composed of 13 permanent staff members, 3 associate members, 1 research assistant, and several PhD students. Lab Director is Pr. Bruno Chauvin.
Lab Members study human behaviour using an experimental approach. Their research themes are related to different fields of psychology - social, developmental and cognitive psychology - but they share an interest in the study of cognitive and socio-cognitive processes underlying behaviour.
Since September 2022, the laboratory has been organised along three axes: 1° Vulnerabilities and risk behaviours, 2° Language, cognitive, perceptual and social learning and 3° Social judgement and inequalities (more details here).
The Lab is located in the Faculty of Psychology in the University of Strasbourg
